The unmistakable flavor of hare meat is enhanced by long, slow cooking with oil and aromatic herbs. It makes a rich ragù for all types of pasta, but is exceptional with pappardelle, delicious on polenta, or toasted bread. We recommend heating the product in a bain-marie for 10-12 minutes before using.
