Through the site www.cerquetosrl.it The company Il Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale carries out e-commerce activities, with registered office in Acquapedente (VT), SP Torre Alfina km 1,200 registered in the Viterbo Chamber of Commerce Company Register with tax code and VAT number 02143430565.

Product prices and availability

All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT.

All products displayed on the site are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly indicated. In the event of temporary stock out or delay of a product, the buyer will be promptly notified via e-mail or telephone. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid. The purchase contract is considered confirmed by the buyer at the conclusion of the purchase procedure on the web. However, the contract is considered concluded for "Il Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale" only when the shipment takes place. The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore Messrs. are advised. Customers that any complaint for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding Right of Withdrawal (DL 15/01/92 n°50).

The right of withdrawal lapses:

· For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)

· Even partial use of the goods and any consumables

· The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging

· Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, via certified email to the address ilcerquetosrl@pec.it.

The Communication must contain:

1. the expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999

2. the indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal

3. the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the fee, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address: Il Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale based in SP Torre Alfina km 1,200 – 01021 Acquapendente (VT). The return shipment must take place within ten working days of receipt of the goods and can be carried out via any carrier / courier / freight forwarder the customer deems most appropriate.
Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale will provide the refund by bank transfer as quickly as possible. The refund refers to the price of the returned product(s) (therefore excluding shipping costs for the original purchase and for returning the product which will remain the responsibility of the customer).

Anything not specified is governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises.

The graphic representation of the products is created for the sole purpose of illustrating the product and is purely indicative. The products may therefore differ from what is shown on the video.
