Product details

The flavor of the venison is enhanced by a long, slow cooking with oil and aromatic herbs. This ragù pairs exceptionally well with our fettuccine! We recommend heating the product in a bain-marie for 10-12 minutes before using.

Ingredients: roe deer meat 43%, tomato pulp, pork meat, onion, extra virgin olive oil, tomato concentrate, wine, salt, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin soy, natural flavour: vanilla) aromatic plants, spices.
