The unmistakable flavor of Chianina beef is enhanced by long, slow cooking with oil and aromatic herbs. It makes a rich sauce for any type of pasta, but is exceptional with fettuccine or polenta. We recommend heating the product in a bain-marie for 10-12 minutes before using.
