In the International Year of Pulses 2016, Cerqueto participated in the market organized by FAO at its headquarters from May 30th to June 3rd.
Under the IYP motto “nutritious seeds for a sustainable future”, the week-long event served to highlight the role that pulses can play in ensuring food and nutrition security in the context of the Zero Hunger Challenge and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Expo Milan 2015
On 9 and 10 October 2015 Cerqueto participated in the presentation of the “Invisible Cities” project hosted by the Lazio Region at Expo Milano 2015 in Palazzo Italia.
National and international consumers have shown great interest and curiosity in the products displayed by our company, which has been committed to promoting and preserving the typical legumes of Tuscia for years.
Visitors also had the opportunity to taste some of the local gastronomic delicacies such as the Purgatory Bean of Gradoli, the Chickpea of the Straight Solco of Valentano and the Lentil of Onano.
Our goal, in line with the Expo theme, is to preserve and promote traditional products, selected not only for their consistency with the project's cultural offering, but also for their ties to the local area and their excellent flavors.
