May contain traces of cereals containing gluten (spelt, barley, wheat), soy and lupins.
Since lentils are very rich in iron, the minimal amount of sterile air between the product and the cap causes the surface to darken, but aside from aesthetics, this aspect has absolutely no impact on the nutritional characteristics of the lentils.
