Transport and delivery<\/span><\/u><\/h3>\n

The online store delivers orders using SDA\/GLS\/BRT couriers within 5 working days. Shipping costs are \u20ac9.00 (excluding remote areas), and you can check the cost by entering your postcode before completing your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

For orders over \u20ac59.00, delivery to Italy is always free.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated in the \u201cShipping Address\u201d field.<\/p>\n

Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Delivery to the floor is not available unless specifically requested by selecting the corresponding shipping option, which will incur an additional cost.<\/p>\n

You can pay the express courier directly upon delivery. Cash on delivery (CAD) incurs a \u20ac3.00 surcharge, which is an additional handling fee. It's advisable to provide the exact amount to be paid to the courier, as exact change is rarely possible. For cash on delivery payments, it's not possible to ship to a destination other than the customer's address. You must also always provide a landline number so you can be reached.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bank transfer<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You will be provided with all the necessary instructions during the final order process. Payment by advance bank transfer means that the order will be processed once the payment has been received, and therefore on the date of the payment in your current account. <\/span><\/p>\n

Orders sent by bank transfer and not paid within seven working days from the date of receipt will be automatically cancelled (you will be<\/span>\u00a0contacted by Customer Service in order to clarify whether the reason for the failure to credit is due to your desire not to confirm the purchase or to other causes).<\/p>\n

Returns and complaints<\/span><\/u><\/h3>\n

During delivery, if you discover any broken or abnormal packages, please accept the package with reservations and note the complaint on the delivery note upon unloading and have the carrier countersign for a refund. All products displayed on the website are available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated. In the event of a product being temporarily out of stock or delayed, the buyer will be promptly notified by email or telephone. If the ordered item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid. The purchase contract is deemed confirmed by the buyer upon completion of the online purchase process. However, the contract is deemed concluded for "Il Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale" only upon shipment. Goods travel at the buyer's risk; therefore, customers are advised that any complaints regarding damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt, signing the receipt with reservations and indicating the type of damage.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the\u00a0Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 15\/01\/92 n\u00b050)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal lapses:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and\/or its contents)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Even partial use of the goods and any consumables<\/p>\n

\u00b7 The absence of the external packaging and\/or the original internal packaging<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport<\/p>\n

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving the ordered products. The Notice may also be sent, within the same timeframe, via certified email to ilcerquetosrl@pec.it.<\/p>\n

The Communication must contain:<\/p>\n

1. the expression of intent to avail of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999<\/p>\n

2. the indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/p>\n

3. your bank account details (this is to allow the refund of the amount due).<\/p>\n

To obtain a refund, the customer must, at their own expense, return the purchased products to the following address: Il Cerqueto Srl Unipersonale, located in SP Torre Alfina km 1,200 \u2013 01021 Acquapendente (VT). Return shipments must be made within ten working days of receiving the goods and can be made via any carrier, courier, or shipping agent the customer deems most appropriate.
\nCerqueto Srl Unipersonale will process the refund via bank transfer as quickly as possible. The refund will be for the price of the returned product(s) (excluding shipping costs for the original purchase and the return of the product, which will be paid by the customer).<\/p>\n

Anything not specified is governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22\/05\/1999, which regulates distance contracts, i.e. contracts concluded outside of commercial premises.<\/p>\n
